This page is designed to
introduce you to the HiTime Charters personnel and give you
some information about our business.
We feel strongly that the old saying "a business is only
as good as it's people" is especially true in a people oriented business like
ours. Catching fish and/or seeing many of the various wildlife species of the
area is important but doesn't in itself make the outing a delightful "memorable
experience". Friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and safe personnel make
the difference. Take a minute to meet the personnel of

and learn something of their background.

Captain Toni Wisner |

| Toni Wisner is one of the few
female charter captains in Alaska. She grew up on the Long Beach
peninsula of Southwest Washington and now lives in Juneau.
Having been around boats since childhood, she has been in the
charter sportfishing business since 1979. Her fishing experience
includes Oregon, Washington and Alaska, both charter and
commercial. Toni is very easy going, "lives to fish" and about
the only time she gets really excited is when there is a fish on
or the whales are frolicking close to the boat. She currently
holds a U S Coast Guard Masters license to operate vessels up
to100 gross tons. |

Brianna Beller |

| Brianna is Capt. Wisner's
niece and has wanted to work for Capt. Wisner on the HiTime for
many years. She lives with her family on the Long Beach
peninsula of Southwest Washington where she attends high school.
2002 was her first summer in Juneau and decking on the HiTime
which she found a lot of fun and hard work. She will
return for another summer season in June. |

HiTime Charters, Inc. is an Alaska
Corporation. We are licensed to do business in Alaska and both the vessel and
Captain Wisner are registered, as required, with the Alaska Department of Fish
and Game.
The C/V HiTime is an Alaska
registered vessel which may carry a maximum of six passengers for hire. Our
insurance is with Northern Marine Insurance, Lynnwood, WA. We are insured to
carry six passengers and a crew of two.
Captain Toni Wisner is licensed by
the U S Coast Guard to operate as the Master of passenger carrying vessels of up
to 100 gross tons.
