offers daily fishing and sightseeing trips May through September from Auke Bay
Harbor, Juneau, Alaska. Trips can be scheduled for 1/2 day, full day, multiple
day and extended excursions.

The 2010 season is in full swing
fishing for both salmon and halibut. We are always hoping for another halibut
"barn door" like the whopper of 2003 which topped out at 377 pounds
and this might be the year!

Starting this year, we have added
two
new types of charters.
First, for those groups who would like to fish and also enjoy viewing some of the
outstanding scenery and wildlife in the area all in one trip. The trip is called
"Half 'n Half". 4 hours will be devoted to salmon fishing and 4 hours to scenery
and wildlife. Second, for those groups who would like to spend a full day
searching out the many different species of wildlife we have added the
"Wildlife Excursion" charter.

No trip to Southeast Alaska, one of the most
scenic places in the world, would be complete without a day or more of fishing
for the breathtaking
Chinook (king) salmon
or battling with the local, and very tasty, denizen from the deep, the
Pacific halibut. Fishing in the protected waters of
Alaska's beautiful Inside Passage is a saltwater anglers delight; some of the
greatest sportfishing in the world with none of the uncomfortable swells of the
open ocean. We encourage our guests to schedule at least two days for fishing.
This gives the opportunity and pleasure of fishing for both salmon and halibut.
You will be the envy of the neighborhood when you arrive home with your catch,
either smoked or fresh frozen, and vacuum packed.
There are many reasons to use the services of
HiTime Charters rather than book a week at a
fishing lodge. The one that seems to be the most important to our guests is
TIME. In this fast paced world few folks have the time to devote a full week
to one activity, whether the concern is from business or an extended travel
itinerary. Regardless of how you arrive in Juneau, airplane, cruise ship or
Alaska Marine Highway ferry, we suggest enough time to fish (two days
suggested), and see the sights and learn the history of the greater Juneau area.
